If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send through the next step. This may include a few follow-up questions, more information about the package, or an invitation to book a complimentary discovery call.
The discovery call is where we’ll chat through your business, what you need, where your brand currently feels stuck, and whether Creative Crusader is the right direction.

The process is designed to feel clear, guided and collaborative.
You’ll move through brand discovery, strategy, creative direction, concept presentation, refinements and final delivery. Your client portal will hold everything in one place, including your questionnaire, documents, presentations, feedback sections and final files.
You’ll always know what stage we’re in, what’s needed from you, and what happens next.

The Creative Crusader is designed as a focused brand identity process that typically takes two weeks. The exact timeline will depend on project availability, feedback turnaround and final file preparation.
Most timelines rely on feedback being provided within the agreed windows, so delayed responses may shift the delivery date.
Your project timeline will be confirmed before we begin and tracked inside your client portal.

No. You don’t need to have the whole direction figured out before enquiring.
It helps if you have a general idea of what feels off about your current brand, what kind of business you’re building, and what you’d like your brand to help you achieve.
The strategy and creative direction process is there to help clarify the rest.

Pricing depends on the service, scope and any additional inclusions required.

The Creative Crusader is a fixed package, but any custom additions, extra deliverables or expanded project needs may affect the final investment and timeline.

Yes, projects are generally split into two payments.
A 50% deposit is due to secure your project, with the remaining 50% due before final files are released.
Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed before the project begins.
Extras:

At the end of the Creative Crusader project, you’ll receive your final approved brand identity files and supporting brand materials.
This usually includes your logo suite, colour palette, typography recommendations and PDF Branding Documents. The final logo files are provided via our nominated Google Drive in practical formats such as PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS and selected JPG exports where needed.
Your files will be organised and delivered through your client portal and a Google Drive so you can download and store them safely.

If you need something outside the standard Creative Crusader scope, we can discuss whether it can be added to the project.
This may include additional brand assets, Canva templates, social media graphics, print collateral, website graphics, campaign design or other design support.
Any additional work will be quoted separately and agreed before it begins.

Yes, where aligned.
Alongside the Creative Crusader, I can support businesses with corporate design needs such as campaign assets, presentation design, branded documents, digital graphics or ongoing design support and retainers.
